What is the Glamour Jewelry Box?

Glamour Jewelry Box is a monthly jewelry subscription box featuring 2 trendy jewelry pieces delivered to your door every month! Our aim is to make sure you are able to get the most current and chic jewelry, affordably. We are two sisters from Phoenix, AZ with an avid love for fashion. We want to share our passion for jewelry with you, come along with us for this adventure!

What kinds of items are included in the Glamour Jewelry Box?

Glamour Jewelry Box features various types of jewelry including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc. You will receive a different exclusive piece each month!

What types of jewelry tones and styles are included?

Each month Glamour Jewelry Box rotates between gold, silver, and rose gold toned jewelry, allowing our members to experience every tone for each season. (Glamour Jewelry Box also allows for easy skipping before renewals, if there is ever a jewelry tone that you’d like to skip out on for that month!) Glamour Jewelry Box focuses on dainty and trendy styles and will occasionally include fun statement pieces to add to your collection. What countries do you ship the Glamour Box and what are the shipping fees?

We offer FREE shipping on our monthly subscription service and FREE shipping on all orders over $35 for pieces within our single piece shop. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days. We ship using USPS First Class Mail. We only ship within the US and currently don’t offer international shipping but please check back in shortly.

When do you ship the Glamour Jewelry Box every month?

We ship around the last week of every month- just in time for you to try on and wear your jewelry! 

Can I send Glamour Jewelry Box as a gift?

Absolutely! Just select your desired shipping address, and we will ship the box as a gift to your desired destination. The 3-month subscriptions make for a perfect gift!

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be billed for your first Glamour Jewelry Box the day that you subscribe for the current box. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 15th day of each following month that you are subscribed. 

How can I cancel or skip my subscription?

It’s simple, login into your account settings and you’ll have the ability to cancel or skip your membership within the portal.

How do I update my billing information?

Login to your account and update your billing information within account settings.

What are your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund within 30 days of receipt. (We, unfortunately, can’t refund future 3-month and 6-month options or worn pieces.) Please email us at hello@glamourjewelrybox.com

How do I care for my Glamour Jewelry?

To keep your jewelry clean, wipe with a soft cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner on Glamour Jewelry. Store each of your pieces in their Glamour Jewelry pouches or by hanging them. Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, and before applying perfume, lotion, or hair products. Never expose your jewelry to water or harsh detergents. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels. 

Will I receive the tracking information once my exchanged item is on its way?

You should receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped. However, if you do not, please contact the Customer Service team, and we will provide the tracking number for you. 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Only if you're lucky enough to live in the great state of Arizona!
